Overview:

Havas Digital was appointed to start and manage the online community for cosmetic brand Rimmel London. 

Challenge

The brand has been active on the market for few years however the digital landscape was brand new experience. No online tools were present on the market, no global support.

Solution:

Use of experience on social media and extensive research strategy for the channel launch was prepared and the Facebook page successfully launched in November 2012.
