Since HD team took over Bourjois Facebook presence, the long term objective was clear - turn existing Facebook presence into lively community. Grow fan base, increase and maintain high levels of engagement within Facebook platform whilst keeping the proper brand “beauty with a French accent” tone of voice.
The inherited Facebook page was very healthy in terms of acquiring new fans however soaring badly with engagement rate and fans activity. Havas Digital team had to reach for solution that would both - engage the fans and generate rich content.
For a new product launch, an application was developed to raise awareness about the product and support the main KPIs for our Facebook presence. Spot the color application was based on user generated content where fans were asked to upload image and vote.
The winners were receiving Bourjois products and the Grand Prize Winner enjoyed a trip to Paris.
